Amsterdam is noted for many things can’t compare to the canals. There is a Canal Cruise for every interest. A romantic candle lit cruise a cocktail Cruise even a sightseeing Cruise you are free to canal Cruise the day at night.
Let’s not say this district is for everybody. It may be best to leave the kids at home if you’re coming here at night time. However the red light district has its own unique charms. The sex trade the Netherlands may not be something you approve of, but this area boasts canal walks and stereotypical dutch architecture and is definitely worth a visit when visiting Amsterdam.
Amsterdam Chinatown is located close to the red light district in central Amsterdam. It goes without saying this area is filled with Asian shops and restaurants it is home to some typical Chinese style buildings. These include the famous Buddhist temple which is worth a visit. it’s bright colours and unique roof make it a favourable tourist picture hotspot.
Dam Square was created in the 13th century and has been long associated with the hippy movement off the 1960s. This Square is right in the heart of Amsterdam what is a number of attractions. Close by you can find Madame Tussauds the royal palace bienkorf and magna Palace. However traditional and hippy culture is still visible to this day side by side.
Next in our list of Amsterdam Attractions is “bikes”. Amsterdam is pretty famous when it comes to bikes. There are so many things that are unique to Amsterdam, however few stand out as much as the Amsterdam bike culture.
Amsterdam as a city has the perfect infrastructure to allow people cycle everywhere. This is the same in many cities across the continent, especially in Holland and Amsterdam. In Fact Amsterdam in particular is noted for its fondness off the bicycle there are not many better ways to say this magnificent City.
Many bike rental businesses are scattered across Amsterdam. So you can take your pick and enjoy the ride.
A side note: We do recommend taking an official tour, however, you can simply rent out a bike and go on an Amsterdam adventure of your own.
The Pipe or locally its called De Pijp or Latin Quarter. This area was created to ease overpopulation of some of Amsterdam’s more populated Districts it is now now a multicultural melting pot where there is a massive mix of nationalities in a bustling neighbourhood.
Sarphatipark is the local park which provides some solace from the hustle and bustle of the area itself.
One of the most important Amsterdam Attractions is The Anne Frank House is the home of the famous story. Anne Frank hid during the German occupation ww2. The Anne Frank House is a great reminder of the persecution people faced during this horrific period in world history. This is one of the best places to visit when in Amsterdam.

This is a really great Museum you can come along and see tall ships see replica ship that you can climb aboard and some old maps and globes.
Rome is covered by miles upon miles of underground tunnels and catacombs. One of our favorites is the Catacomb of Santa Priscilla, dating back over 150 years before Christianity was legalized.
These eerie tunnels are home to the earliest depictions of the Virgin Mary. Whilst also being home to many beautiful frescoes.

Vondelpark is visited by a whopping 10 million people per annum. Vondelpark extremely well known locally and national by the Dutch. It is the largest Park in Amsterdam
When the weather is best between April and September the park is full of people enjoying entertainment it is common for people enjoy a beer or smoke a joint while the weather is so good.
The rest of the year people use this park for rollerblading jogging and cycling.
Upon my last visit to Amsterdam I spent a whole day some of the cafes and views while I work while I went people watching and really relaxed and enjoyed my time there. This would b1 off my favourite Amsterdam in studio.
